methodologies, ways of thinking, focus resources and what it will help us is also to ake it scalable and much more actionable. If we all join forces, then it will probably resonate more in the world than if we try to do individual tasks. From my personal experience, when I was in IdeaGen summit last year, many tech companies were talking about the importance of diversity and how each different company had a different problem to solve for it. And my question to IdeaGen and for everyone in the room was how can we do it but in a combined way? How can we all collaborate to try to achieve the same goal but with all of our resources, with all of our ideas in place to make something that is a little bit more scalable and has a bigger foundation? So I do believe there's a lot of synergy that we can take advantage if we cross-collaborate to solve the biggest problems in the world. How am I doing it? Well I was in Latin America, for example, leading the women's group. We operate 100 percent based on volunteers' time and work. So we have the right mindset in place, we have the right willingness, but we have not been able to find the skill. We were a couple of volunteers trying to do it all. So that's when we reached out and we asked for help and we started collaborating with different NGO's, with different universities, with different business groups, to make sure that the skill was in place and that we were taking into consideration different point of views to make this as usable and feasible for everyone that we were trying to touch with the programs that we were developing. So that's one example that I can come up with, but definitely there's areas for all of us to think proactively on how do we reach out for help and how we collaborate with different companies or different entities that are trying to do the same that we do.

And so the hallmark of IdeaGen's global podcast is a question that relates to lessons. It's always wonderful to ask this question because I think it helps to really drive a really deep understanding of your unique vantage point. And so, Camila, what are the three key lessons you have learned that have the potential to change the world?

Camila:

That's a great question. In my humble opinion, the three key lessons that I've learned that have definitely carried me through life are, first one is things don't work on their own. You have to make them work. So it's all about decisions. It's all about email you send. Its all about reaching for help. It's all about doing the right thing and doing it proactively. So that's the first one. The second one is its okay to fail. But fail fast and pick up yourself and do it again or try something new or innovate on the way or the approach or the message. Its definitely okay to fail. What doesn't work will only make you stronger, but you have to give yourself the right to fail and to do it better next time. So keep on doing it.

And then finally, our own company has this motto which is don't do evil. And in my case it's don't do evil, do good. Focus on doing something that you can stand on for yourself that you can actually believe in and you truly believe that that's gonna be the right thing to do for someone else or for the world. So if you really focus on that goal that is bigger than yourself, you will succeed.

George:

Absolutely incredible. Do the right thing, fail fast, and do good. Camila, what is up next for you?

Camila:

Well next for me is all about Proud2BeGood. And that means how do we make sure that Proud2BeGood becomes a global movement that inspires millions to change the world. What Proud2BeGood is is global movement that tries to expose and exemplify the goodness in the world. We're trying to curate stories of people all around the world that are doing good deeds.

Doesn't matter how big or small they are. They're just trying to do something that is right. And we want them to share it with the world. hashtag that is #Proud2BeGood and it's all about sharing your experiences and being inspiration for others.
