American Ninja Warrior Training
Matias Martial Arts is excited to introduce American Ninja
Warrior Training. Participants will try to complete a series of fun
obstacle courses of increasing difficulty called “stages.” Participants
earn patches by passing stages! This class promotes stretching and

The goal of MMA’s Boxing Club is to provide youth in Napa with
a safe place to learn the sport of boxing. Our goal is to train the
individual, not only in physical conditioning and proper boxing
technique, but also in self-discipline, commitment, self-control,
and responsibility. Boxing provides a positive release of frustrations
in a controlled, safe environment. Although it is considered an
adversarial sport, our training regimen encourages teamwork while
emphasizing good sportsmanship and respect in and out of the
ring. Students receive free gloves with registration.

Girls Karate Class

Matias Martial Arts is now the only studio that offers all-girl
classes. This class is designed to empower girls through karate
to be confident, strong, and fit. Students learn to deal with bully
and stranger situations in a fun and safe atmosphere. This class
emphasizes respect, focus, and self-defense. A free uniform is
provided for all participants!
