SBAND Announces New Indian Law Section The State Bar Association of North Dakota (SBAND) is proud to announce the formation of its new Indian Law Section. You can join the Section now for FREE for the duration of 2016. The Indian Law Section is open to any licensed SBAND member and any non-member who has an interest in the practice of Indian Law. Indian Law is a complex area of law that covers Federal Indian Law, as well as Tribal Law. Within that framework is criminal law, civil law, and just about anything in between.
