feel. He is trying to change the views of Natives. He is attempting to create a different kind of movie. He had some people say his story isn't native enough because it's not talking about the pipeline.
His greatest inspiration is his Mom, Patricia Michaels. "My mom is my biggest fan. Joan Jett and Bjork are my musical influences and everything inspiring. the whole team is fashion. The whole cast has strong females. It's a big team of females."
When asked, who is his favorite actor or actress he would like to work with is Emma Watson because of her style and speech. When she dresses, she doesn't force herself to be like by others and i love her intelligence. As for a native actor, it would be Devery Jacobs, because of her performances, they are so strong. She
makes the stories come to life. Her acting is so powerful and inspiring.
I asked Gabriel what he wanted to be before becoming a movie director, he states "I wanted to be an architect until I saw a video of Bjork at the age of 11. I decided than I wanted to be video artist and go to film school."
As for his life and message to the world he wants to change the world with his stories. He wants to inspire other natives to live outside of the sterotypes. Gabriel's life motto is "always stay creative no matter what and keep an open-minded. Don't adapt to your environment always change."
