So, I sat down with the beautiful artist to discuss her life in the world of face glamourization. Yes my words... Carly Wolert is from Lagrangeville upstate New York. She attended Dutchess boces for cosmetology and received her cosmetology license in 2007, after which she gained her diploma and then went on to take the state board for cosmetology. Before starting school she began working at JAG hair salon for 6 1/2 years where she was an assistant. She got the hands on experience there getting the job to do make up for proms and wedding and special events.
She fell in love with the artistry of becoming a make up artist cause as a true artist does they love the variety of colors that create such beautiful art. Her great admiration with eyeshadows pallettes, blush and lipsticks generated the the energy to her creative mind to perform her expression. Her fascination to craft the art of colors on the faces of others as her canvas to create while highlighting the beauty on others.
