Be Intentional
Webster defines intentional as something being done in aw ay that is planned. One of the areas of our lives that many of us are intentional is the selection of our clothing. Many of us spend countless hours shopping, searching for just that "statement" item or accessory to wear with right outfit. Whether for the work, church, vaction, or a social function, much thought and effort is spent preparing to make the perfect impression. While there is nothing wrong with taking pride in one's appearance, we should also be intentional in other areas of our lives. We should be just as interntional to be kind to all those that we encounter daily. Give a warm gretting, an encouraging word, or smile. Be courteous can lift a person's spirit and leave a lasting impression upon thosewe meet. Ask yourself this question, am I being intentional to be kind and helpful to tohers everyday?
