Q. How do you define success as a business owner?
A. I define success by taking the first step of becoming a business owner. A lot of people think about it, but never implement it. I already consider myself successful because I took that first step and implemented my plan.
Q. What are your goals for yourself and for your company over the next 3-5 years?
A. My goals are to take my brand to higher heights. My overall goal is for consumers to walk into a store and see my brand on the shelf. I want to be a household name.
Q. What is the single most critical talent you possess in your role as a business owner?
A. Acceptance!! I accept things that I can’t change and take them for what they are. I am a very accepting and understanding person.
Q. What skills or talents do you think would make you even more successful?
A. Being social, I am not a social; butterfly. I need to be more social and network more in order for my business to fully flourish.

Q. If you were to design the perfect team of 4 people to help you run this company, what characteristics would those four people have?
A. They would have to be team players, non-bias, friendly, and have patience.
Q. Why are you in business?
A. To leave an impact on the world. I want to make woman worldwide feel confident in themselves.

A. Beauty is a major role in the lives of women. I want women to be confident and embrace their beauty inside and out.

A. I am nurse by day. I have attended college and I am currently taking some business classes.
Q. How long have you been in business? In this business?
A. I have only officially been in business for about 7 months. I started June of 2016.
Q. What type of business form do you have, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation?
A. Sole proprietorship. My business is an LLC.
Q. What are the advantages of this form of business ownership?
A. I am the only owner so form currently works for me and my personal life.
Q. How did you get started in this business?
A. I got into cosmetics because of my teenage daughter. I originally started making my products in my kitchen for fun, then I wanted to make a bigger impact on the world so I decided to turn it into a business.
