THE HEALTHY FEMALE ENTREPRENEUR

Women have so many things to do and think about on a day-to-day basis. From self care to professional growth and family care. For us females, this can become exhausting, and some things are usually sacrificed in this process. Unfortunately your health ends up being one of them.

Whether consciously or unconsciously, we end up eating fast food on the go. We also cook the easiest (and not so healthy) meals, and snack late at night while working on building our empires.

Being a female entrepreneur, I have experienced this first hand, even though I was a vegetarian for years. I had to stop and rethink my eating habits. That’s when I decided to change my diet to completely vegan. This article is not to convince you to become a vegan, but to simply share some of the positive effects of making simple changes in your diet daily.

Here are three things you can do on a daily basis:-

1. Drink at least one fresh smoothie with your favorite fruit and non-dairy milk such as almond milk.

2. Add one green leafy vegetable to each of your meals.

3. Drink lots of water.

Yes, I know this is cliche, but it makes a huge difference in your day, and you will be less dehydrated.

By adding these, you will see positive changes on the inside and outside, such as:-

1. Clearer Skin

2. More energy and better focus

3. A healthier weight

As female entrepreneurs we need to be able to function at our full capacity to be successful, and to give our best to our loved ones. These simple changes might be all you need to become a better YOU.

PS: Taking a break from your hectic day-to-day routine, and enjoying a much needed vacation is also essential for you to recharge.
