1. Collect your board or chart paper and crafty supplies such as glue, scissors or a cutter, etc.

2. Cut out images from magazines or print them off the internet. These images should represent things or people that you love or goals that you have. You can also choose some photos that may have inspirational or motivational value for you.

3. Glue the images together on the board in the form of a collage and place it where you will see it daily. The intent of this challenge is to remind you of all the great things in your life plus more that you will soon achieve.

Day 5: No Complain Day

Complaining diminishes feelings of gratitude. So, the final day of our challenge is actually a “no” challenge day. On this day, try not to complain about anything at all. Whether it is a small or really big issue, try to resolve it without complaining. You will notice that this practice promotes good feelings and happy relationships, which ultimately guarantee your overall well being.
