Interviews flow well when they become conversations
instead of interrogations. Try to get a discussion going
on the points you are interested in, or ones that you think
sell your skills the best. Ask follow-up questions and
demonstrate that you have done your homework on the
company by referencing recent projects or milestones.
Try to have your answers be just the right length. Give
good supporting details and reference events in your
past professional experience, but don’t talk on and on.
When you’ve answered the question, stop talking.
