ANTONIO SERVIDIO
Antonio Servidio is currently fighting a case from nearly twenty years
ago. He is facing prison time on charges that no other person in the
United States has ever been ordered to serve time for. His life as a
successful concert promoter and real estate investor from the Bay area
in the early 90’s has turned into a mission to stand up to a feds case
against him involving setups, shady lawyers and malpractice. In the new
movie Tunnel Vision, Johnny Russo is the character representing the real
life Antonio Servidio, played by Gerald ‘G-Eazy’ Gillum.
SM: Thank you very much for taking time
out of your busy day to speak with Style
Life And Music. I wanted to let people know
where and how I met you. It was at the last
scene of your new movie Tunnel Vision. It is
getting a lot of publicity right now. I already
know it’s going to do major things. I can
already feel the momentum. It really feels
like it’s going to be a bomb when it drops.
AS: Yeah, everyone has worked hard on
this. It’s actually been a three year project
and everything is coming along really great.
I got a great director and staff and great
producers with Sarah Downey and Tuffy
Williams and Mario Sanchez and everyone
else that’s involved.
SM: It seems like it was a “friend” project. A
lot of people that you have known from your
past are involved in this. Is that correct?
AS: Yea, kind of. My background is not in
movies; it’s in music. Daniel Hubbard has
worked with me for the last sixteen years
running both of my production companies
and booking agencies. But anything I do
I usually bring in my internal staff which is
Daniel, Michelle Gallegos and a couple of
other people. Mario [Sanchez] is from my
past too. He was a big banker, a mortgage
banker. He was working with me during the
big real estate crash trying to refinance
about 40 million in properties that I had
that I was actually losing. Mario was
involved in the early stage
