• Participate in orientations and have a traditional meal
• AM : Rainforest canopy tour and zip-line ; learn about canopy species and wildlife

• PM : Spanish class
• AM : Conservation service project
• PM : Service project with local community , practicing Spanish

• PM : Make meals ; camp underneath rainforest canopy

• PM : Tour a banana plantation and learn to make traditional banana bread and cheese
• Hike the mountains and take in the views
• Visit frog farm , learn about conservation
• AM : Downhill hike
• PM : Visit Manuel Antonio beach
• AM : Surf lessons in the Pacific Ocean
• AM : Surf lessons and surf etiquette
• PM : Experience coastal wildlife , such as sea turtles , dolphins and monkeys
• Surf day , snorkeling or paddle-boarding
• AM : Visit Manuel Antonio National Park
• PM : Experience monkeys , howelers , sloths , parrots and more
• AM : Beach
• PM : Transfer to mountain rainforest base ; enjoy a traditional meal ; Group reflection
• White water rafting trip - see waterfalls and wildlife
• White water rafting – learn to read river rapids and basic rafting safety and techniques through the rainforest rivers

• AM : Discover active volcanoes
• PM : Visit Basílica de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles , Cartago
• Transfer to airport ; depart Costa Rica
• Return to the U . S .
