completed in less than 15 minutes.

making them into a ‘circuit’ you can
complete any workout in no time at
all. Exercises such as burpees, pressups, mountain climbers and sit ups all
make for great home workouts.
Take them with you. Simple exercise
methods such as cycling, hiking or
outdoor activities can all be fun for
kids. Keeping them and yourself
interested is key. Keeping the
exercises interesting means you will
always want to do it again.

able to build this up into a light jog

and exciting but it is a very effective way to work on all
the abdominal, lower and back muscles and increases
the stamina.
