Exercise is the key to keeping your body health and in working order, but at times it is hard to get started and keeping you self-motivated. Here are five tips that should help you get you started and gain the level of fitness you desire. Tip 1: Dress for success This is important to dress correctly when participating in physical activity. You should wear clothes at are comfortable and make you feel confident. Also you should wear a pair of trainers that have a padded sole, this will prevent injuries to your knees and make it comfortable to walk and run in. Tip 2: Make time! Making time for physical activity in your day can sometimes be hard; you should at least try allocating 30 minutes for exercise in a day.
