Try something
totally new...
Eat between 6-11 servings of bread
and cereals per week
If you’ve always wanted to learn to surf, rock climb or even
try the trapeze, there’s likely a class you can take to learn your
activity of choice.
Once a week (or more), you’ll be doing something fresh, new and
invigorating. Not only will you enjoy yourself but you’ll feel great knowing
you’re learning a new skill.
If you have the right diet as well as exercising then you will get to the weight
you want to get too! With a combination of eating well and exercising 3-4
times a week it will help you reach your goals.
Intake 3-5 servings of both fruit
and vegetables a day to get
important vitamins and nutrients
Through the day have between 2-3
servings of meat and fish as protein
is low in fat and helps rebuild
muscle
Also have 2-3 servings of milk and
dairy through the day to help
towards a balanced diet.
Try eating as little sugar and fatty
products every day
