INFANT MENTAL HEALTH
The ABCD Early Years project working with
Ayrshire College Early Education students on the
Kilwinning Campus was about raising awareness
of infant mental health.
Carol-Ann Swanson, Primary Mental Health Worker
with NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s Child and Adolescent
Mental Health Service prepared the session and presented
students from Early Education and Health and Social Care
with their well-deserved certificates.

Police Scotland held an information evening
on the recruitment of Special Constables at
Kilwinning Campus.
The event, led by recruitment experts and senior officers
within Ayrshire Division, raised awareness of the exciting
developments and opportunities that exist within the
Special Constabulary of Scotland and in particular across

skills to the test behind the scenes at Gaiety
Theatre’s Christmas pantomime.
Performers usually need to do their own make-up and
were delighted to have the students on board.
