“This Ayrshire Girl Can was

Women’s Day in March 2015.
“The purpose of this initiative
is to encourage, empower and
motivate women into STEM
& Sport. Too often we see the
workshops, classrooms and
games halls dominated by males
and this needs to change.
“We are using This Ayrshire Girl
Can to send out the message that
we have women in these areas
and they are a great inspiration to
our future generation and future
students and we need to utilise
this to increase the number of
women we have in these areas.
If these women can, then any
woman can.
