D V Shastry, M.Tech(Energy Systems Engg) from IIT,Bombay with PG Diploma in
Management & Advanced Certificate in HRM has over 32 years of experience in
Hydrocarbon Industry, with Human Resource Function for almost two decades.
His achievements include: Introduction of Mentorship framework, GAIL Women
Employees Award Scheme, Implementing Assessment Centres.He has received as
well as contributed to awards(as individual & as team member) e.g.: ISTD “Emerging
HRD Thinker Award", "Best HR Strategy in line with Business,National award for
innovative training practices,Golden Peacock Award,Greentech Award, ‘Sword of
Honour’ [British Safety Council], ‘Sarvashreshth Suraksha Puraskar’ [NSC],NPMP
Award for DVPL Proj, etc.
He is member of SHRM, NHRDN, NIPM, ASME, etc.
He has also widely travelled within India & to countries like Canada, Denmark,
Germany, Turkmenistan, Malaysia, Singapore etc. in pursuit of his professional
activities
