Don't forget, your customer service team is a VERY important part of your Marketing team. Your company works hard to get sales, its very easy to loose them when bad customer service occurs. Meet at least once a month, find out what issues they are facing and do your best to keep them up to date and consistently trained on delivering exceptional customer service.
