PUNISHING PRESENCE
The “Punisher,” Mike Fisher’s blacked-out C6 Z06, sits on the streets of his hometown Kansas
City, Missouri, patiently awaiting the racing season ahead. Built by MC Racing in Overland
Park, Kansas, the LS7 Corvette is equipped with Mast Black Label aluminum heads, a
Lingenfelter camshaft, Fast 102-mm intake, Dynatech headers, off-road x-pipe, MC Racing
modified OEM muffler and a nitrous kit from Nitrous Express. “It sounds ungodly awesome
every time we start it up,” Fisher declares. “At first we focused on the performance side;
then we added in the aesthetics to make it look as sinister as it sounded. Now that the
nitrous is tuned in, we’re ready to run into the 9s this spring, I hope. We can finally get the
car to where it belongs. I want to get it to a 9.5-second car, still be able to run it on the
