The name of the woman pictured is believed to be Veronica
however it is still not certain. The artist of this painting studied
at OCAD (Ontario College of Art and Design) and is a renowned
female Canadian artist.

B) CONTEMPLATION
After a long day of work, this mother is contemplating all of her
life’s worries. The artist here captures a unique moment where
the subject was vulnerable. The close cropping of this image
was intentional to force the viewer to become committed to the
subject’s thoughts and worries.

C) TIME IS FLEETING
After being given four months to live the subject of this
painting is thinking through her next steps. The title of this
painting was left untitled so the raw emotion of the situation
could take president over the piece.
