CHAPTER FOUR: ARTIFACTS AS STORY
“life is not a
guarantee”
Well, there isn’t much of a story behind this. But
what I can say is that there was something about
this quote that spoke to me at the time that I first
spotted it. The last three years of my life have
been both the best and the most challenging
times, from starting university, to getting out of a
toxic relationship, to finding someone incredible
and, making friends with some amazing people.
So despite the fact that I am not a very religious
person, life is not a guarantee–but, if you surround
yourself with people who love and support you,
you’ll find that the sea really is beautiful.
