Artifacts as Story
A single object can hold so much significance in someone’s life. In this chapter, I
approached a group of individuals and asked them to share the story behind an
object that they’ve held onto. I asked what how they obtained the object, and more
importantly why they’ve held onto it. Every object is seemingly obsolete without
the significant story that is attached to it.
