Academic Intel
This chapter documents an interview conducted in February 2017 with Amnon
Buchbinder. Buchbinder is a director, screenwriter, author and teacher at York
University. Buchbinder created the Biology of Story, an ongoing interactive
documentary project that studies the components of story. I spoke with Amnon
and asked him about storytelling. Through this interview, I saw my standpoint on
the subject shift and a greater appreciation for storytelling began to grow for me.
