Faith and
Righteousness
Living in the Faith is living in
righteousness. It is impossible to
have faith in the Truth and live in a
Lie. It is impossible to believe the
Word of God and do what the devil
likes. Unless this faith is religious,
emotional or sensationalist.
But when faith is supported by the
Word of God’s Wisdom and practiced
intelligently, then it is impossible for
faith to fail.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the Author
and Finisher of the Intelligent Faith,
this is, He is the Initiator and the
Concluder of the Faith. Because of
this, faith and righteousn ess are
inseparable, they walk together. Faith
symbolizing man with the image of
God, and Righteousness, the Holy
God of the Saints.
And isn’t this exactly what the LORD
teaches when He says:
But the just shall live by his faith.
Habakkuk 2.4
Now the just shall live by faith; but if
anyone draws back, My soul has no
pleasure in him. Hebrews 10.38
This shows the eternal marriage
of faith and righteousness. Faith
justifies the sinner.
To live by faith is to live by what
is righteous, upright, correct,
praiseworthy and pleasing before
the Most High. God is Justice and has
lent us Faith precisely so that we may
live a righteous life, in communion
with Him. This is, from faith to faith or
from righteousness to righteousness.
This kind of faith is what pleases God.
