Barrett says she also likes to spend time outdoors at the Botanic Gardens at Oklahoma State University, 3300 W. 6th Ave., hiking the trail around Sanborn Lake, hanging out beside the water at Lake McMurtry or kayaking on Boomer Lake. Her favorite city parks are Couch Park and Hoyt’s Grove Park, which are located across from each other on 12th Avenue between E. Alcott Avenue and Ransom Drive. “They’ve got disc golf, I think it’s better than the course at Boomer Lake,” Barrett said. “Or it’s nice if you want to have a picnic or you just want to study outside.” (Except for the professors) “For Whatever Ails You” razooksdrug.com 1518 W. 9th Ave. | 405.377.4445 M-F 8-7 • Sat. 9-2
