After shuffling the deck, draw a card, do the corresponding exercise for the proper amount of reps. And immediately draw a new card and repeat. Rest as little as possible between exercises but make sure to stay hydrated.  When first trying this workout, try to do half the deck and gradually work your way up to the full deck.   Proper Exercises Here are the proper techniques for the exercises with the workout. Push Up Lay down with your hands about shoulder width apart. While keeping your back straight, push off the ground and return to starting position.  Sit Up Lay on your back with feet firmly on the ground and legs making a 45 degree angle. Put your hands behind your ears and sit all the way up, tightening your abs as you do it. Return to starting position.  Squat Jumps Standing with your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart, squat down, keeping your weight back, until your legs make a 90 degree angle and jump up with as much explosion as you can. Land and repeat. Burpees From standing position, drop down into a crouch position, kick your legs backward to get into an upright push up position. Bring your legs back to return to the crouch position and jump up explosively. Repeat.
