We arrived at the Bash Fest Randy Rhoads Remembered event , which was being hosted this year at the Yost Theater in Santa Ana . Randy Rhoads Remembered is a celebration of the brilliant and original Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Randy Rhoads . Brian Tichy and Joe Sutton created this event in 2013 after agreeing Randy Rhoads surely deserved recognition for his musical impact .
