During the opening months of the incubators, we used
“Metaphorming” (a collaborative symbolic modeling process
invented by Dr. Todd Siler, our ArtScientist in Residence) to give
our Fellows the opportunity to embody, enrich and communicate
their aspirations as they launched their innovation journeys.
