We wish that all employees will have the opportunity to communicate well and work effectively with each other,
without the need to have a phone number stored or knowing exactly who is working in a department. The
collaboration platform Workplace by Facebook will help us with this. Workplace will be our new internal work tool that
enables you to communicate and contact a colleague in an efficient way.
Workplace is an easy-to-use collaboration platform, similar to Facebook, but it is only meant and facilitated for work
and can only be used by us in Securitas. With Workplace, we can discuss projects, share updates and communicate
immediately with colleagues throughout the business. Everything written on Workplace, is written in a “group” as
we focus on targeted communication. This will help us as a business to work better together and to get things done
faster.
