As part of our Keep Safe campaign to create a safe and secure environment for our colleagues, customers and our
local communities.
There isn’t a checklist you can use to spot if someone poses an Insider Threat. However, you can watch out for some
behaviours which might help you spot something suspicious. Someone may be:
• trying to access sensitive data or break into a secure facility
• isolating themselves from colleagues
• disregard for rules and company policies
• or possibly even steal stock
Anyone can have an out-of-character moment, but if you are concerned for your safety or the safety of others, trust
your instincts!
Remember a person is not suspicious based on their appearance, nationality or language.
