X. DISSOLUTION AND LIQUIDATION
Article 45 - Dissolution
a) The dissolution of the IMCS can only be decided by a World Assembly especially convened for this
purpose. To be valid, the dissolution must reach a 2/3 majority vote of the members of the World
Assembly.
b) Before submitting the resolution of dissolution to vote, the Pontifical Council for the Laity has to give
its assent.
Article 46 - Liquidation
a) The liquidation of the IMCS is the responsibility of the World Assembly and International Council.
b) Any remaining assets must be transferred to other similar International Associations of the Faithful
that are at the service Catholic students.
XI. OFFICIAL TEXT
Article 47 – Official Text
The English text of these Statutes prevails. In case of doubt, the World Assembly decides. All official versions
of the Statutes must be approved by the World Assembly.
Article 48 – Last Amendments

The present Statutes, adopted by the 2012 IMCS International Committee on 29 of November, 2012 in
Chennai, India, repeal all previous ones.
