You're going to have to learn how to take your pulse for this program to work for you . To get started We need Your Max Heart Rate. MHR

220 - your age ( ? age-220) = MHR This is the maximum number of times Your heart can be in one minute

If You know You're Resting Heart Rate. RHR

And You're Working Heart Rate.

This is the part You need to know how to take Your pulse.

If you go to my YouTube page I'll show you how to locate your pulse.

There are 60 seconds in one minute

If you count the number of heartbeats for the first 15 seconds of 60 seconds and times it by four

( 4 x # of HeartBeats for the first 15 seconds of 1 minute )

you'll get your Resting Heart Rate and You're Working Heart Rate

This is Your body not doing any work. ( Right before Your warm up need to take Your pulse )

( Immediately after Your warm up ) You're going to take Your pulse again to get Your Working Heart Rate this is the body doing work
