Lynda and our Church Office
Lynda Dyer runs our church office.
Lynda oversees hall use and hire, administers the Travel
Club and assists the Toy Library as well as networking
with Holy Cross.
Lynda answers the phone and responds to messages left
on the answering machine. She collects correspondence
and shares it with appropriate people, mostly electronically.
She undertakes banking and bookwork to assist the
Treasurer.
Lynda produces hard copies of and circulates electronic
copies of the weekly pew sheets and St Margaret’s News.
She takes minutes at various meetings.
In short, St Margaret’s would have difficulty functioning
without Lynda. She is our main contact point with the
various community groups that utilise our facilities and,
therefore, is very much our public face.

Contributions Wanted
All members of St Margaret’s are invited to contribute articles and
photographs about things that have happened or are going to
happen at St Margaret’s, including events conducted on the
premises by others. Articles about members own involvements in
things of interest to other members are also welcome.
The deadline for material for each issue is the second Friday of
each month, with each new issue being published on the third
Friday of each month. Material should be given to the editor Brian
Rope or to Lynda at the office. It may be handwritten or typed. It
may be posted, emailed or personally delivered.
The Editor reserves the right to edit, or even not use, material.
