Remembering Freddie
A much loved member of Holy Cross congregation, well known to
St Margaret’s as a member of the joint choir and various singing
groups, Freddie Turnbull, died on 7 January 2018. The joint choir sang
at his funeral service on 10 January. John Tyler and David Hunt, who
sang in groups with Freddie, also sang a duet during the service.
Many fond memories of Freddie and his late wife Laura were shared by
many of mourners following the service.
