alongside our community engagement team, are growing their work with schools, colleges, organisations, groups and communities to open up conversations around end of life support and the impact of bereavement. We continue to develop partnerships and relationships with other organisations and have been part of a new network with other voluntary sector organisations as part 4 of the South Staffordshire End of Life Care Alliance, working collectively to open up conversations around death and dying. This work, which we hope to roll out further, underlines our commitment to working in partnership with other organisations to encourage open, honest conversations about planning for the future and developing compassionate, resilient communities. St Giles Hospice’s Quality Account aims to provide patients, families, supporters, the general public, healthcare organisations and commissioners, information relating to the quality of services that we provide. This Quality Account describes our future goals as well as reviewing 2018/19. I am very proud of the team at St Giles and all that our staff, volunteers and supporters achieve for our patients.
