Supporting staff with personal development 15.1 Workshops and study sessions for our staff and volunteers St Giles Education and Training department is committed to providing a wide variety of learning opportunities for our own staff, volunteers and external staff working in all sectors of health and social care. The training we continue to offer to our staff, seeks to give patients, carers, professionals and our local community confidence in our skills and the opportunity to promote good end of life care for all. Our own staff also have the opportunity to attend these sessions. • Tour and Talk open to everyone, adults and young people over the age of 14 who want to know more about us.
