Takeaway: The gateway to the world-renowned Zion National Park is a niche market and a sale or two can have a significant
impact on the statistics. Please note small sample sizes. 2018 was truly a banner year for the Zion Park due to several high-priced
home sales which resulted in a revision to the mean for the 2019 period. Although in 2019 the number of single-family home
sales increased by 26%, the average and median sales price both decreased from the previous year.
