LILY ’ S BIBLE CORNER
Romans 5:8 “ You are loved more than you will ever know by someone who died to know you .”
It ’ s amazing to think that way back in the time of Jesus , He still had that undying love for us , even if he didn ’ t fully know us yet . The only way possible to save the future world from sin and despair involved a major sacrifice : Himself . Jesus didn ’ t hesitate . He willingly picked up His heavy cross and endured the Passion and death just for us , just so we could live . God knew us before we even set foot on the earth . God loves every person in a special way . Even when we sin , God won ’ t give up on us . We repent and go to confession to preserve the love and unity . When things go awry , it sometimes seems like God isn ’ t there watching over us or helping us , but indeed He is . He has a plan for everything and we must trust it . We must not doubt , because His love ’ s immensity overwhelms us and can be difficult to understand , but it is there . He sent His one and only son to the earth to spread Good News , and lay down His life so that we might live . He truly died to know us and ensure that our futures would be filled with the goodness of God .
