SSIP remains committed to supporting local small businesses that present local employment opportunities and serve as the building blocks to creating a vibrant community . Located in Bayview Hunters Point , the Contractors Assistance Center provides technical and administrative assistance and capacity to local small businesses to increase their ability to compete for contracting opportunities with SSIP and throughout San Francisco .
In 2015 , four pre-bid meetings were held at The Center , including the November 10 Contractors training for projects with State Revolving Loan Funds .
