In 2015 , with input from our Citizen ’ s Advisory Committee and Southeast Working Group , we completed the first phase of the Environmental Justice analysis , the existing conditions report . In 2016 , continuing to work closely with our stakeholders , we will begin the second phase of the analysis , called the impact analysis .
