Interns Arriving
Elisabeth Avrotin, Marketing Manager
Elisabeth is from Stockholm, Sweden. She studied in a music school for 10 years and
learned to play the piano and the harp. After high school she went travelling for six
months to explore different parts of the world and new cultures.
After her travelling Elisabeth started studying at Stockholm Business School and she got
her Bachelor’s degree last summer with a major in Accounting. Elisabeth is now enrolled
in a Master’s programme and she will graduate next summer with a major in Marketing.
Alongside with her studies, Elisabeth has always tried to combine her education with
practical experience. She is currently working at the PR-agency, Prime & United Minds,
where she has been part in several projects and learned a lot about communication.
Becoming the marketing intern at SACC- Philadelphia is something she is looking forward
to. She hopes it will give her more insight and knowledge of the working environment in
the United States while also developing her marketing and communication skills.
Gabriella Johnson, Financial Manager
Gabriella is originally from Linköping, Sweden. During her years at university she has been
living in Stockholm while studying a BSc in Real estate and Finance at the Royal University
of Technology. She has, beside her studies, worked at SEB, one of Sweden’s biggest banks
within customer service. During her last year in school she was head of economy at Lava,
the largest work fair for an individual university chapter with over 100 companies involved.
Between high school and university Gabriella lived a year in London where she gained a
lot of experience in the English language. In her spare time Gabriella enjoys playing ten-
nis, golf and watch hockey.
To get the opportunity to work at the Swedish- American Chamber of Commerce Phila-
delphia is a big honor for Gabriella and will give her experiences and knowledge regard-
ing the American culture and business environment.
