COMMUNITY Camp PRICE REFUND POLICY Camp course fees do not include HST, however HST may apply to additional services and products. No refunds after registration and payment is received. In addition, no refunds will be given for any days not attended (due to schedule change, vacation, illness, etc.) PAYMENT We accept credit cards, cheques, debit, and cash (exact amount). Payment is due in full upon registration. If camper is registered for both a July and an August session, there is a second installment Payment Plan available (second installment due on Friday, July 29). Inquire within for full details. An administration fee of $30.00 NSF (non-sufficient funds) will apply to all bounced cheques. T-SHIRTS Our campers wear t-shirts to help identify them; this is also for their safety. All camp course fees include one free shirt. (Note: Two free shirts per camper if registered in 3 or more sessions). Additional shirts can be purchased by visiting the Arts, Youth & Culture Department for $10.00 +HST each. HOT LUNCHES All full-day campers will receive lunchtime supervision and a hot lunch as part of their camp package fee. We offer a variety of freshly made, delicious daily meals and drinks for our campers. The menu will be varied including and not limited to: pasta, chicken, sandwiches, soups, hamburgers, and fish sticks. AGES EXTENDED CARE Morning only (8:00 – 9:00am) or Afternoon only (4:00 – 6:00pm) Morning or Afternoon only: $30.00 (per 1 week session) $45.00 (per 2 week session) Both Morning and Afternoon: $50.00 (per 1 week session) $75.00 (per 2 week session) TERMS All camp programs are subject to a minimum enrolment. Camp registrations are non-transferable. Columbus Centre reserves the right to terminate a camper’s enrolment if it is the Centre’s opinion that it is in the best interest of the child or camp. Columbus Centre reserves the right to cancel or combine camps due to limited enrolment.
