Culinary CULTURE CULINARY CULINARY WORKSHOPS & SOCIAL DINNERS Villa Charities presents a series of unique culinary workshops, with a distinct Italian flair! Join us for an intimate cooking experience, where you’ll explore beginner-level rustic recipes for contemporary living and entertaining. All workshops are interactive and provide an opportunity for students to make their own meal alongside the instructor. All workshops will include a pairing of wine and a communal meal to enjoy your culinary creations with the other participants. Instructor: Franco Berti is an Italian-born and raised, Toronto– based chef/pizzaiolo and visual artist. Uniquely influenced by the Italian and Toronto gastronomical culture, Franco currently works at popular Italian eatery, Nodo Restaurant, where he enjoys taking a fresh approach to traditional meals, giving them new meaning.
