LEONARDO’S
LAST SUPPER /
L’ULTIMA CENA DI
LEONARDO
WORLD PREMIERE
The show is designed for only twelve guests at each performance
and features interactive storytelling and role playing that involves
the audience in the making of the play as it unfolds. Giving
participants choices about the development of the narrative and
presenting multiple potential outcomes, this compelling
theatrical event intertwines a modern story with anecdotes about
Leonardo’s life. Join us for an intimate and memorable experience
while unlocking the mysteries of one of the most discussed,
copied and interpreted paintings in the history of art.
STORYTELLING • IMMERSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE
ROLE PLAY GAME THEATRE “Leonardo’s Last Supper” culminates in an interactive dinner
with the participants. The project is conceived and performed by
DLT’s Artistic Director and Villa Charities’ Artist in Residence,
Daniele Bartolini.
Following the success of “If on a Christmas Night…”, Villa
Charities presents “Leonardo’s Last Supper,” a new interactive
show created by international acclaimed theatre company
DopoLavoro Teatrale (DLT) in collaboration with Istituto
Italiano di Cultura. A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will help support Villa
Charities Foundation in their mission to provide funding for
culturally sensitive senior care, and educational and cultural
programs in music, dance and visual arts.
Performed at a secret and unexpected location in the Columbus
Centre, “Leonardo’s Last Supper” is half-theatrical presentation
and half-immersive dining experience inspired by the
masterpiece of Leonardo da Vinci, in commemoration of the
500th anniversary of his death.
