The EAST Drone
Drones are a really cool toy to have and play around with. But it also serves as a good tool for projects in the classroom. The drone has high definition videos and pictures. These pictures can be taken in the sky to give a “birds eye view shot”. The drone can also be used with programs like dronedeploy, this app allows us to fly over fields and collect useful data, which farmers can use to see their fields. It has also been used to create video to redo the annual report to the public. It has been used to help other people getting video for their projects. Overall, the drone is a really neat and useful piece of technology in the EAST classroom.
