eSports not Wii Sports

The eSports team at Valley View was created this year and is coached by Mr. Jennings. They currently have competitive games such as League of Legends, Rocket League, and Smite. However there are more to come for the future. People on the eSports team can make it to competitions, and tournaments. If you are interested in playing competitive games this is the team for you. The eSports team is a fun way to spend your time and you can form new friendships with people you may have never known before. Practices are held after school on scheduled days, normally from 4:00 to 4:30. They are typically on Wednesdays and Thursdays but there have been some Tuesday practices due to rescheduling. The eSports team is a great way for someone who enjoys playing video games to get involved in an extracurricular activity. Also, there is no skill requirement to join the eSports team, as long as you put in your best effort, that is all the team asks. If you are interested in trying out the eSports program, all you have to do is contact Mr. Jennings for more information.
