We drove to the CAA location on St. Anne’s looking for any assistance that we could obtain with passport application renewals and photos. Two of your CAA associates, Aimee S. and Bonnie P., put us at ease immediately and took care of our needs in a professional and efficient manner, above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I congratulate you for having such a great team of pleasant, efficient, well-motivated individuals. Andre T. WINNIPEG He quickly noted the battery cables were very loose and tightened them for me. He followed me out of the parking lot to make sure the original noise we had heard was not continuing. I sincerely appreciated all his assistance, polite manner and helpfulness. Thank you. Susan C. WINNIPEG Thank you CAA for saving me when I locked myself out of my car, and assuring me that it’s totally normal for an adult to do so! Mohammad A. WINNIPEG Don’t waste time waiting on hold for roadside assistance—there’s an app for that! Your map will display nearby hotels, restaurants and attractions, plus detour and construction alerts. Thank you for the excellent service. I phoned your contact number regarding car battery testing and was handled very professionally. I was advised that a representative would be out in a halfhour. He arrived as scheduled, tested the battery and charging system and explained his findings, and I decided to purchase a new battery. The battery was installed promptly and my vehicle became ready for another Manitoba winter. Thanks again. Jim C. WINNIPEG A quick comment about a recent service call I had with CAA. The driver, Crawford, was exceptionally helpful. He not only fixed my tire, he checked all my tires and also my vehicle’s motor. Oops!
