INVESTITURE OF JUDGE MARK BLUMER
In a Jan. 5 investiture ceremony at the Barnes County Courthouse in Valley City,
Judge Mark Blumer was formally installed as a judge of the Southeast Judicial
District. He was elected to replace Justice Jerod Tufte, who was elected to the
Supreme Court.

In a Jan. 9 investiture ceremony at the Ramsey County Courthouse
in Devils Lake, Judge Lonnie Olson was formally installed on the
Northeast Judicial District bench. He was elected to replace retiring
Judge Lee Christofferson.

In a Jan. 13 investiture ceremony at the Stutsman County Courthouse
in Jamestown, Judge Troy LeFevre was formally installed as a judge
of the Southeast Judicial District. He was elected to replace retiring
Judge Thomas Merrick.

In a March 27 investiture ceremony, Judge Benjamen Johnson was formally
installed on the Northwest Judicial District bench. He was Governor Doug
Burgum’s judicial appointment to replace retiring Judge David Nelson.
