Welcome Dr. fawad rizvi
It's time for a Celebration!
Here at Prizm we are starting the new year with a celebration to welcome Doctor Fawad Rizvi to the Prizm team. The celebration is taking place on January 12, 2016 at our Canton location for all of referring doctors. Our celebration includes hors d'oeuvres and a tour of our Canton facilities.
Dr. Rizvi completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and attended Des Moines University to complete his medical degree. Additionally, Dr. Rizvi holds a specialty certification in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. Dr. Rizvi is board certified in both specialties via the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Rizvi emphasizes the importance of listening to his patients and reviewing data carefully to achieve the most accurate diagnoses possible before formulating a treatment program in conjunction with patient goals. Dr. Rizvi is a member of both the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Academy of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Rizvi not only brings his expertise to our team but we are lucky enough to welcome his team of employees from his established practice located in Belleville, Michigan. The addition of this location now offers our patients options of where they can be seen.
Additionally, in order to help the newest Prizm office, grow our team is happy to welcome Michael Brennan, PA to assist Dr. Rizvi in seeing patients. The addition of Dr. Rizvi and Mike will allow our offices to continue to emphasis the importance of providing the best quality of care for our patients.
As we continue to grow and help treat those who suffer with chronic pain we welcome the chance to answer not only patient's questions, but referring physicians as well. Come see our office and join us in welcoming all the new faces to our office.
